Foley’s Bournemouth are apparently building a new 18000 seater stadium ( which seems small to me but their fanbase might not be that big). So maybe just use those plans and make Auckland’s cheaper
Vitality holds less than 12k, so 18k is 50% larger than current.
Yip current ground is one of the smallest decent stadiums in British pro sport, especially at the highest level.
Vitality is a good ground and would be perfect for the Nix or Knights Mk2.
