Wonder if this Western Springs proposal favours either Eden Park 2.0, or the mooted new Quark Park waterfront National Stadium. Both would have been looking at Auckland FC as a regular season tenant when in 'club mode'.

If you look at the huge spend Foley has put into building new training facilities ("some of the best in the EPL") at Bournemouth FC, then it's unlikely he will like the present makeshift Auckland FC setup of training at Albany and playing at Mt Smart. Hibs are getting an upgrade as well I read.
