I've lost track - but under the current thinking you'd have a 12,500 seat in Western Springs, a 25,000 in Mt Smart, and either Eden Park or the waterfront which much higher capacity. Sell North Harbour.

I assume AFC would also train at this new complex?

One gripe with the render... is that the seats have some awkward gap to the pitch. Especially behind the goal. No no no!!!

Honestly, I think that's a phenominal outcome for Auckland sport - especially if the Western Springs ends up being privately funded. The council should be biting their hand off for that.
