which leaves us/welnix stuck with the status quo, being royally over charged for a stadium that isnt really fit for any purpose now.

Phoenix need leverage. (over)Pay some consultants to propose a new stadium outside of the CBD. It doesn't have to be tenable, it is just needs to be believable.

Probably too much effort for current Nix leadership though.

Ya'll need leverage. Phone up the Hurricanes and (over)pay some consultants to propose a new stadium outside of the CBD. It doesn't have to be tenable, it is just needs to be believable.
