Can fully understand why you're mad at this statement. But to be fair, Dome is in a tough position here. If he goes off on one publicly  it will be picked up in the media. Negatively attention isn't any good. He pretty much has to play a straight bat.  Having said that he probably should have said something like 'it's not perfect and we didn't all the preferences we were after"
Privately I'm sure he has gone to FFA/Fox and told them the Phoenix's issues.


If ever there was a time that Yellow Fever needs to publicly tell the club that they are absolutely shafting the fans, this is it.  YF represents the fans and I think this is one of those times.  I'm not in Wellington but I feel very sorry for you guys, we all know that Sunday 7pm is worse than the graveyard slot - may as well play at 3pm Tuesday.


Can anyone explain to me what David Dome does?  Because he seems to be pretty ineffective

If it's out of the club's control, the club should come out and say that publicly. Perhaps a little bit of controversy might give the fans the confidence that someone at the club understands people's frustrations with this crap and aren't going to take it lying down!

If it's out of the club's control, the club should come out and say that publicly.
