i had to contact ryos through their web page giving them my details and they happily posted to wanganui for me.
Our membership cards have arrived today, although they both have my name on them. I did phone up and speak to Brenda the day after signing up at the Family Day and ask if one could have my partner's name and she added her name as a secondary member and I thought this meant she would get a card. Should a card have had her name or are all cards always in the primary member's name? We could have signed up separately but would have had to pay 2 booking fees and credit card fees that way.
I did. Well I signed up with a paper form at the Family Day and only had the option to put my name in and how many tickets I wanted, then we thought of that the next day so I called and spoke to Brenda about it and she made my partner a secondary member and I can see all that when I login. But the request must not have got through to the card people so both cards have come with my name. Have sent an email asking if it's possible to change one of them.
Had a reply already from Brenda saying apparently something was changed when the extraction was sent to the card company and this year all cards have the primary member's name on it but if we are really bothered about it she could see if they could print another one but it may take up to 2 weeks. Will probably just leave it then rather than go through the hassle and risk not having it for the 2nd home game (then she's out of town for the third home game so wouldn't get to use it until the fourth), just thought it might have been a mistake. Doesn't really matter, would just have been cool to both have a personalised one.
Seats are in aisle 24 which is about where we usually sit so that's good. We may venture closer to Yellow Fever if we feel brave enough at some point in the season.

Have requested a new card seeing as we will still be able to use the existing one if it doesn't come in time for the next game, so no harm in doing so. Had thought we might have to send it back before getting a replacement.

Great stuff from Brenda once again. Only requested the new card with my partner's name on Thursday and it already arrived today. Unfortunately though, incorrect spelling of the surname (which is correct when logging into our account online) so going to have to ask if it's possible to be re-done again!

Unfortunately the can't issue another card with my partner's correct surname as apparently to do a card more than twice they would have to cancel our whole order and refund it and start again so she'll just have to make do with either my name or her name spelled wrong
