don't bother trying the 'forgot my password' option when trying to renew

Nope don't bother with that. It gives you an email address to contact which came back undelivered 5 days later for me.

Just renewed my season ticket. Brenda said the earlybird pricing had finished but gave it to me anyway. Legend.

Back on topic - looks like I'm calling Brenda on Monday.

Gripes

 - Got my "Upgrade Your Flexi-Six Pass" email from David (Flexi 6 bought in 2013/14, season ticket holder last season)

- email specifies "don't use email to login" yet link to ticket page specifically requires this - cue multiple failed login attempts.

- Tried to add my son's name to 2nd ticket (as I did last year), no go.

- Am going for the direct debit installment option this season, but payment not going through. Contacted bank, who tell me the website is trying to taking the full amount (when transaction is going through: 5 attempts; 2 declines, 3 x nothing happened). Lucky I deliberately only had the correct 1st installment amount in my online shopping account, or my other bills might not have got paid.

All in all, this process is making the negotiations I had with the wife to get the ticket in the first place "for my son", look like a cakewalk :)

Update on this:

Called Brenda, she tried putting the payments through, without success. She said she'd contact Ticketek/DebitSuccess & get back to me.

After a couple of weeks with no contact, I called her again, and she tried again, & said the payment went through. I asked if the initial payment would go through that night (last Weds/Thurs?), and she told me it should have left my account immediately.

Kept an eye on my account over the next few days, and the initial installment, (plus admin fee) left my account on Mon, and first 'proper' scheduled payment went out last night.

Never been so happy to see money leave my account in my life :)

Nsw membership purchased. Quite happy the club has catered for us over here. Hopefully it is a success and it spreads to the rest of Australia

Do you trust that Ticketek will have your season ticket to you by 8th of October if you leave it that late?

Nope but in Brenda I trust.

I asked Brenda when the passes will be sent out and she replied with a hint of sarcasm "You know what Ticketek are like"

How does a shark team like CCM still have folk buying memberships? Is there nothing else to do down there?

How much per week does the pay-it-off option cost for a fever zone season ticket? I can't be bothered looking it up

What the hell are the Nix going to do if Brenda leaves Ticketek?  (she is a Ticketek employee right?)

After all if she can fix all of our issues every time, then surely they would lose out on season members.

build our own stadium in Petone that wouldn't be tied to an exclusive deal with ticketek. Oh wait.

I don't think the stadium is tied to ticketek anymore, the Lions tickets this season are Ticket Direct

Wish I knew about the snapper deal when I got my membership would be so handy. Does anyone know if we can still add it on?

The Snapper deal is only worth getting if you don't already have a Snapper card, right?

It just saves you having an extra card in your wallet?

Correct, but is also quite a good thing from a visibility perspective. I'm going to do it on the basis that a) it's only a tenner and b) it saves me a card in the wallet and c) it means I get to wave my Phoenix season pass around more and d) I like supporting clever initiatives like this one (compared with, for example, the cockamamy "Football Fund").

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Wait sorry does that make your season pass a snapper card?  I assumed it meant your season pass was put on a snapper.

Your season pass is a snapper card, not the other way around.

There's no ability to use NFC at the gates at the Stadium yet for entry, so unfortunately you still need a barcode to get in.
