there is no reason why we should only have one.
A better reason would indicate how it/he would improve the Phoenix (I'm not saying he wouldn't just saying that because other teams do, isn't a strong enough reason to dictate that we should).
I would not dismiss that reasoning sentiment. It works at least in some cases.
Like, an argument for an automatic 20-year license.
