No matter how badly AFC are doing before they play us, no matter how good we are playing, if I was a betting man I'd still back AFC to win. Nix cannot win big games.
They have lost every playoff tie they have been in for well over 10 years, lost to the Mariners with 3 rounds to go to throw away the 23/24 Premiership, have lost 5/5 derby games. I am already resigned to the Nix losing derby #6 and can only be pleasantly surprised.

I think it is a matter of percentages rather than a black or white absolute scenario
For example, on percentages, we were more likely to beat Melbourne City last weekend than to lose. We were more likely to lose away to Brisbane when Armiento was sent off, than to win.
On recent form of both teams, we have a better chance of a "no loss" result against A-FC in the next derby than ever before, regardless of our respective table positions. Everything else is just glass half empty stuff.
