Just as for years Aucklanders have been labelled Jaffas by those living south of the Bombays, so quite a few Aucklanders have now come to regard Wellingtonians as preachy smug upthselves besotted with arty-ness and wokeness in the form of cycle lanes, anti industry, anti commerce, anti-car, anti boating, anti bling, anti all sorts of things your possibly average stereotype football supporting Jaffa holds dear.
