Hutt Rec was much better but needs a roof for the stands and a higher angle for viewing

Transport was major issue living North of Wellington meant two trains to get there (Or take a car). Fine for coming from the City.

Definitely should have a boutique rectangular stadium, whether football only or not is up for debate

In the City, is easy for access.

Close to Wellington Train Station, as this is the hub of all transport in the region.
