Surge is right, we don't have much heritage here. The Basin Reserve is rated as one of the worlds top ten roundabouts. We should pay for a bypass by charging tourists to drive round it.
Worlds worst roundabout now thanks to the traffic lights tbh.
(not saying that it's badly designed as a road facility, it's just not really a roundabout at all anymore, its functioning better than ever thanks to the Arras tunnel though)
