You've started of very aggressively which will either lead to them ignoring you or being on the defensive straight away.

Then you've only asked two questions of them - the first "Why are you ripping fans off" is subjective and no business is readily going to admit that they are ripping people off. The second you claim that they are driving crowds away - they have an easy response that 9154 turned up at the Phoenix which is higher than most games last year. The comments about Coke, Chips and parking are just that comments so can easily be ignored as you haven't asked a specific question about them.

Maybe being a bit more diplomatic and asking them to explain how coke has gone up 25% while the size of the bottle has gone down 33%? Likewise how do they justify the increase to $35 for Parking when similar stadiums in NZ charge only $10? Also you stated that Chips are a rip off, but thats it. Rip off compared to what? I think the price of chips is similar to what you'd expect to pay in a bar in town - what the quality is like I don't know cause I don't buy them

The stadium isn't perfect but they have done things over the last couple of seasons that have been requested by fans ie more food options, decent beer. Parking cost is ridiculous no way should it be the same as a walk up ticket price  and it does smell off cashing in now that WCC have started charging for parking at the weekends.
