Give the cake tin to NZ cricket, I mean the oval shape was built for them. They can have it. Turn the basin into a rectangle 10,000k in a way that the roading there can be sorted with Buckle St running straight and continuous without any intersections to the tunnel (and the new tunnel. lol). making a more direct route from the highway to the airport. That way government/council money can be justified in renovating the stadium.
