Wouldn't 'he should stay because there are no other options' fall right in between "Ricki is god" and "
"?
"?It is a blatant lie and not worth even counting as an opinion.
You do realise, don't you, that if Ricki was sacked right now then Greenie would take over for the rest of the season. Is that an improvement?
I concur. I'm not saying Ricki should keep his job at the end of the season but we shouldn't rush into a replacement with out due diligence. Things at the club a crazy enough as it is. If he is sacked it should be at the end of the season so a new coach can come in with a clean slate, recruit their players and start fresh. This will also help recover crowds imo.
I'm basically of the opinion that sacking Ricki right now is equivalent to hiring Miron Bleiberg at best. If that's what you want so be it but if its not then show me the replacement who will come here now and take wages Ricki is on.
This opinion may change next week as without a win against the Jets the season is buried if it isn't dead already.
