But thats like saying 'A comedian does nothing but tell a few jokes'

their entire service is to 'fulfill the order' I don't understand why you think that is doing nothing, they clearly provide a service (whether or not you think they provide good service is a different issue entirely), and I also don't see why you think they should do it for free. Or lower their fee just because the phoenix lowered theirs, the nix ticket price has nothing to do with ticketek.

That sort of weird reasoning and outrage is exactly why they need to just incorporate it into the cost of each ticket, instead of showing it separately as they do now. 

The bank example is also a bad one...In this case it is one company charging you for one service, and another company charging you for a separate service...With the bank it is the same company in both instances.
