Ticketmaster do charge an $8 "Order Processing Fee", so I don't see why you think they don't.

The difference there is that the service fee is included in the price of the ticket. They are still charging you a fee to buy a ticket, it's just that it is included in the price that they show for a ticket. Options like courier etc cost more extras, which is exactly the same at Ticketek. 

Ticketek just do it a different way, rather than charge  a service fee per ticket, they charge a service fee per transaction, which is why it appears as an extra cost at the end of the transaction.
