Because the pick up / posting costs more on top of that $8 fee you quote.  So, I'm not saying their admin costs nothing, I am saying their e-tickets cost nothing to 'deliver', because they don't.

edit - though having gone through Ticketek pricing just now, I see that $5.25 is all they add on.  So yes, they'd be better calling the $5.25 a 'service charge' (although it's quite a lot really, 20% of your average ticket for not much work) and saying Ezytickets are free.
