Dario Pot brings a diverse background to his new role as PWSI’s Development Academy head coach. A former pro player with a range of European club experience as both a player and coach, Pot has studied his trade in the Netherlands, Germany, Bosnia & Herzegovina and beyond, and has the advanced certifications to prove it. Before joining PWSI last year, he served as the director of the Development Academy program at California Odyssey Earthquakes.

Dario Pot coaching credentials include UEFA Pro License and a USSF A License
Pot's Professional coaching path, includes Rayo OKC of the NASL, De Graafschap B.V. – Dutch Eredivisie out of Doetinchem, Netherlands, FC Odzak and FC Modrica-Maxima in the top professional league in Bosnia and FC Syracuse-Salty Dogs, which was a USL A-League Team.
At the youth level, Pot was the Director of Coaching for the U.S. Soccer Development Academy at the California Odyssey SC and was the coach of the Under-18 USSDA Team with the California Odyssey SC.
Pot received his Master’s Degree from United States Sports Academy in 2004, Bachelor’s Degree from the University of America’s in 2002 and his Associate’s Degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2001.
