A very decent defender, still in his prime. Spira can still command a decent coin in China, where has spent the last three seasons, and apart from the two seasons with the WSW has not played in the A-League.  To make him an offer it would have to be a good one (marquee?) to lure him away, and to overcome any misgivings: he is a good friend of Dario Vidosic (they both played for Nuremberg and for the Olyroos) and Dario's comments on his Nix experience (and on Darije in particular) might be less than complimentary.
