I reckon there's still a very high likelihood that the new coach will be from Australia (hope so) or NZ (hope not - simply due to lack of quality applicants).

This talk is what scares me. We can't be so short sighted to think because of 2 previous examples we shouldn't hire anyone from outside. Statistically not a very good sample size. I'm sure the Welnix will do the right thing and take each applicant on a case by case scenario, not on what passport they hold.
