Cleberson lacked a bit of brains.  It was the right call to take him off.  It aint all bad fellas, we just need to be more composed, and in turn, structured early on.

We have shown we can create chances, especially through Smeltzy - man he is great value up front!

Not completely sold on the formation, and damn pissed at some of that right sided defense!

And holy sh*t Ferante must be the worst ever finisher in the world.  Give this guy a rest, tell him to practise his shooting and see if that sorts his sh*t out.

I didn't think Cleberson was having that great a game. Think O'Dor is a central defender anyway. Thought they actually looked far more settled and solid at the back when Cleberson went off.

Felipe must be lacking fitness, surely no other reason to leave him out of the starting eleven.

for me it wasn't so much Clebo going off as the fact that O'dor was no longer out wide and getting torn apart

Spot on. O'Dor looked far more comfortable when he went into the middle.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

4 goals. Daniel's penalty.

Perhaps we should all sneak into the grounds and make the goals that little bit larger...

well, with my untrained eye it really did look like slack defending in the first quarter; CCM forwards seem to have acres of space - especially on the wing where O'Dor was supposed to be; Cleberson was solid in the centre, but maybe he got subbed so O'Dor could take the (more natural) central position?
But it's not a good look when two defenders fall over each other and the oppositon scores.

Having said that, if WP had the YF roar behind them in the second half there might have been some goals - so the moral is - bigger crowd needed next week !!!

More accuracy required when shooting.Stick to the basics put the ball in the back off the net.

Yep  if shots on the woodwork counted for anything in stats we'd be leading the league in that department!

positives for the night -felipe made an impact, he's got the goods

they didn't score in the second half...and phoenix played a better then too
other than that... Bring on next week!!

Improving,,on the up, a work in progress from Italiano and the Nix. Bring on the bathroom bling in '24! COYN!

Yeah, I agree, O'Dor looked a lot more comfortable in the middle of the defence. But I still believe that Felipe should start matches, because the Phoenix don't play great (from what I've seen) at the start of matches.

Can't wait until Old is healthy!
