There are no free tickets on offer after following the link provided in email for Auckland game, not even the season ticket holders ticket. Only get access to pre-sale site, where mobile ticket & ezyYicket options cost $5.25
I am using same seat password as used for the home stadium, as only one password provided

Thats why i phoned them was put on hold but in the end easy process they sorted both games no issue. Thats the season pass and the complimentary ticket.
