Seems I am the first with angst. I bought 12 tickets when first on sale. Only eight arrived in inbox on Friday. Filled out online form to query where the other four tickets were. Just sat on hold for forty minutes with no luck. 

Hopefully this gets sorted before Friday as I need time to hand them out 

Were four of them member tickets and eight purchased additionally?
Have you also triple checked that some of the tickets aren’t attached with each other?
All good suggestions. Six were members and six additional. One email had two tickets together but none on the others do. I at least triple checked :)

Final update. Once I spoke to a person issue was very quickly sorted. Whoop whoop
