Welnix have been running the ship since 2011 so 13 years for them, I cant recall how things ran when Terry was at the helm.
It was pretty much the same during Terry's tenure. Ticketec haven't improved at all in regards to the actual season tickets. The membership packs were a bit hit and miss.
Tickitek no longer do the ticketing, now Flicket, I think they do both the rugby and Nix, so assume all stadium events. But you're right, no improvement from the last.
