Considering Palmy and especially Dunedin arent even part of wellington - im going to say no.
A true regional fixture would be playing in the Hutt, Porirua park, somewhere in Kapiti or Masterton (no further away than this), or perhaps an alternate wellington ground away from the central city. That was the point i was trying to make.
