Just went in to Lambton Quay and got my Tim Brown's i pre-ordered! Yay! looks like limited quantities of these available to walk-ins.

The Phoenix store is also sellings finals t-shirts.  You can get a Brown 6, Ifill 8, Daniel 11, or Durante 22.  The vertical wording on the front is "WPX 07.03.10 NUJ".  Cost is $30.
 
I've got the Durante 22 - such a class player and great leader.  (And likely to still be around for a season or two so I can wear it at future games!)

Managed to snaffle an Ifill, glad Cantona has mentioned that there is a Brown (attn Janelle!!!) since the email from Nix only says the following ...

i have an XL 'there is nothing like tim brown' t shirt that doesnt fit me right, i've only tried it on, havent worn properly, brand new condition

Got 2 finals shirts yesterday from the RYOS store for my son and I. The very helpful lady said there werent many left at all..had to get a 2XL..oh well i am sure a few pies will help fill it out....

My brother reports that last night the Phoenix shop had only two of their finals t-shirts left (and there were loads of them in the morning).  So the Phoenix are getting something out of this finals series!

I went into the Phoenix Store at around 4:30pm yesterday, the only finals t-shirt they had left was a Tim Brown one on display.  The girl behind the counter said they'd have more in today though.  Still great news!

Story in this Weeks Wellingtonian.  SHAME! Whoever Julian and Moira are, shame on you for buying those Champions of the World shirts.

relax. no reason The Wellingtonian should give a sh*t whose shirts they are or even ask. they just did a story about people buying shirts for the game (in fact they probably thinks a slightly more interesting story bc of the very fact it is a rugby store selling football t shirts). not their fault Champions of the World has jumped on the bandwagon. Dont blame the newspaper for that.

Come on, it's not like Ryos is obviously supporting the Phoenix, it's not like they have flags outside or balloons and all the YF stuff is hidden up the back too. Journo must've just missed it like so many people do when they walk past...
