That would be Boxy. No matter how many times we tell him, he still can't do it properly.
In The Zone - The End
I keep telling you - you have to speak slowly when trying to explain something to me.
"Open Host" Yabbadabbadoo
Also - what happened to the Urugyan triallist and the mysterious african striker??
Uruguayan has gone home. Apparently if we had a larger squad then he would have been a chance.
...and he wasn't an import.
I'm coming round to the idea of going into the season with only 4 imports gives you the flexibility to look to get someone in if you lack firepower or you're looking good and need to kick on.
Look out for our new segment 'know your academy player' over the next few weeks.

Awesome. I hope you guys can drill them and get some funnies.
Theyre still at the age where they won't have dealt with interviews too much so will be good for them as well.
Any chance of A photo section for the Acadamey players and details of their squad numbers / Bios etc. Nothing on Nix Website

Mind you seeing as the club website still list Tsatallios as a player it's anyones guess.
They all seemed to have numbers on Tuesday, seemingly all in the 30's. Just thought might be an idea as when they were playing on Tuesday I for one had next to no idea who half of them were.
Valid point. Hopefully our Pod item can help.
Wonder if this members only exclusive site will have details about them as they wont really fit into the official website set up.
Also wonder if that website is going to be a forum like this - and if so, we should probably get this one working
21 is up:

"ticketek serve a purpose"
Hehe.. I like that.
Can we include date in the name producer?
Boxall hasn't been added to the page yet either and squad numbers have to be updated, whoever does the nix site is pretty slack. So has Niko Tsatallios been officially released? the least the club could is publish an article with these details, got any contacts?
The FFA does the Nix site.
The FFA does the Nix site.
Lets be honest, it was all downhill when the FFA decided to do the new website thing with all the clubs.
Theyve always done the website I believe
So ah... will your Indian correspondent be reporting live coverage the Phoenix tonight? Presuming the game goes ahead.
Got a man on the field? In the zone if you will?
V22 of In The Zone is out. Check it out at http://yellowfever.podomatic.com/ or itunes at bit.ly/YFZone.
This week the pod takes a look at the fall out from the Wellington Phoenix FC fisty cuffs, the latest from India, and we chat to Chris Greenacre and Tom Biss in our 'get to know your academy player' segment. In New Zealand Football news, the All Whites squad is named, the Junior Football Ferns holding their own at the U20s Women's World Cup, and the latest in kiwis abroad. Locally we review the Chatham Cup between Lower Hutt City AFC (Official) and Central United Football Club, and Women's Knockout Cup final, and it's squeak bum time in the race for Central League glory.
In Episode 23 the pod chats A-league with Del Piero's will he, won't he move to Sydney FC, and the Phoenix's loss to Shillong Lajong in the final of the North East Lajong Super Series. In New Zealand football news, the teams covers the good and the bad from Kiwis abroad, including Musa's Fulham contract. Locally, the Central League title is decided, Palmerston North Marist and Upper Hutt vie for promotion, and shambles galore from the Central League Committee, Central Football, and Maycenvale United.

no offence lads - but probably the worst choice of music so far - at least the venga boys didn't put me to sleep
The choice was to bait me.
Just for the record...
Phoenix City should be the walk-out music for the Nix.
In fact, I think everybody should play Phoenix City all the time.
Cannibal Corpse would be alright too.
Or "Bill Challenger" by The Fastbacks.
Bill Challenger to replace the FIFA Fairplay Anthem?
Yes.
The FFA should just let me choose the music.
Doing it through some public poll will lead to a lowest-common-denominator outcome every time (and their choices are shit to start with).
Mostly it's awesome having my excellent taste in music but it can be frustrating when the rest of the world won't listen to me.
Seven a.m., waking up in the morning
Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs
Gotta have my bowl, gotta have cereal
Seein' everything, the time is goin'
Tickin' on and on, everybody's rushin'
Gotta get down to the bus stop
Gotta catch my bus, I see my friends (My friends)
Kickin' in the front seat
Sittin' in the back seat
Gotta make my mind up
Which seat can I take?
It's Matchday, Matchday
Gotta get down on Matchday
Everybody's lookin' forward to the weekend, weekend
Matchday, Matchday
Gettin' down on Matchday
Everybody's lookin' forward to the weekend
Partyin', partyin' (Yeah)
Partyin', partyin' (Yeah)
Fun, fun, fun, fun
Lookin' forward to the weekend

I think you will find Term will be listing that as Exhibit A in the court case when he goes postal J82.
Music choice, but we don't air dirty laundry.
Some debate and differences on the del Piero thing, then the Mar vs Maycenvale thing. It does say we 'almost' disagree.
V24 out now.

With not much happening in Phoenix land, this week we chat more about Del Piero’s retirement package in Sydney and re-re-launch of the Yellow Fever website. In New Zealand football news, the All Whites begin stage 3 of World Cup qualification, we talk to Oceania football expert Gordon Glen Watson, and two more young Kiwis pick up professional contracts overseas. Internationally, there is more World Cup qualification, including victory to the Canadian Flying Moose! While locally, Upper Hutt finally brush off their chokers tag to claim a spot in next year’s Central League.
