The biggest chance waster is Ball. He should have scored about 3 tonight.
Ball has a great work rate but his finishing is barely a step above Sotirio's
That's not really true though. Ball scores about 1 in every 4 games, Sotirio 1 in 6. He's a far more valuable player in every respect.
That's a worthless stat for the conversation.
At least give us the mins per goal stat.

But this is an observation based on watching the chances they get and the quality of their finishing.
Last season Ball scored 2 or 3 flukey tap ins that were fairly poor strikes.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Ball. But his finishing isn't that great.
both are bang average finishers but Ball plays a lot more minutes then Sotirio.

Both players poor finishing have cost us wins this season.
Cons for both: Poor finishers.
Sotirio Plus: He's fast. Really fast. A plan B (or A) for Uffie when something different is needed.
Ball Plus: He doesn't tend to lose the ball when dribbling, also probably a better defender. Tends to make better decisions. Has better close ball control. Occassionally links well with a striker and pulls in a few assists.
Plus for both:  Both have a good engine and do a lot of defending on their flank helping out their FB. Both chip in with the odd goal which is important.

Summary: Sotirio a really good squad player who adds an extra dimension to the Nix play when required. Ball, a solid if unspectacular visa player that fits into Uffie's tactics almost perfectly - stats show his goal scoring involvements are far higher when playing higher up the pitch but has recently spent a lot of time succesfully helping out his fullback. Another worth addition to the squad despite the visa.
