Can I bring my mates season passes in to the shop as well as my own and pick up tickets on their behalf as they cant get there.Hope this isnt a stupid question

And that would be taught....probably not a lot of that went on at Aussie schools when you were a kid...

Yes I think you can....two of the passes are in my name and one is my mates and I got 3 - although Granville and I were friends in another life and we both count C-Diddy as our bastard half brother.

Grrrrrrr that will teach me for buying tickets last week!!!!!!!!! Paid for my son to go as well. Oh well at least we are going........ so does this mean I can get some free tickets as well??????buzz1222008-12-18 16:00:30

you might want to ring the club shop - but it would only be fair to provide free 1-1 tickets to all purchasers, regardless of when they were brought

Correct - any ticket that had been bought before this deal qualifies for a free one of the same sort.

I went in to see the shop and was told in no uncertain terms by the incredibly grumpy and rude manager that they would not do that. I have never had the pleasure of meeting this lady before and I am not sure that I will be shopping there again if she is there...Maybe she has yet to do a customer service course but she sure as hell needs to.....baggage!!!!!!

The main thing is that we are going to the game and my son is so looking forward to finally being in the Fever Zone at age 13..oh well its Xmas so what the heck...see you all there

Firstly, great stuff from Terry, Tony and the club for offering free tickets. Nice work lads.

Secondly, what a f**king shambles at the Phoenix Store. Walked in and the woman running the shop was mucking around talking to Ticketek trying to sort out the free ticket thing, waited in a line for 15 minutes and she still hadn't sorted out the customer that was at the front of the line when I walked in.

Not sure if the problem was with Ticktek or the staff in the store but you would have thought that they would work out how to get tickets for people who came in to claim them BEFORE they ran the promotion.

At least 3 people got sick of waiting and stormed out while I was waiting and it wasn't a good look.

how original, days before a match and the Phoenix ticketing is a mess, looks like we're going to end up with the same problems when seoson tickets are being sold next season, whether it's the club, ticketek or both the people mucking these things up need to sort their sh*t out

Yeah, its a balls up. My lady friend tried to get her free ticket with her season pass yesterday and was told she couldn't get one

i was fine yesterday

i forgot to bring my season pass but kale herbert was working in there and he knows i have a season pass,took my details and got me my free one for today
