Will do. A bunch of us are planning on pre-matching at 4 Kings then heading to the ground.

I have also set up a www.givealittle.co.nz page for it, to allow people who won't be at the 4 Kings to donate. I am just waiting for their moderators to review and approve it and will post the link here, and on Facebook etc.

fyi: The NZ Mags are organising a collection at the Four Kings as it's Toon Centre for the weekend

Watching the game in the Four Kings, there was absolute silence, in the pub, for the minute of remembrance. Respect to all present.
Didn't hear too much of the planned clapping at the relevant times during the game, but I'm sure that'll be rectified on Saturday

The crowd noise must have been turned down, because the noise of 10K fans in the indoor stadium was very muted compared to the 2k for the last Phoenix game in Dunedin

This is not the thread for the obvious comments about differing teams' supporters' levels of noise - we'll sort that out...

In my two experiences in Dunedin, the crowd sit and they dont make any noise (Unless you consider "Ooootagoooooo" a noise.). Seriously they just dont join in. Awesome stadium, disappointing people using it. I wish we had it instead of Westpac.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!
