My season pass arrived today anyone else

Mine arrived a few days ago. I also notice that Tickek refunded $225 onto my credit card. They haven't notified me of ANY of this activity. This is not what was agreed to when I renewed my ticket (the agreement before I submitted said one payment in June, the next in July). While I am absolutely stoked that I have my ticket, I only have a $500 limit on my credit card...and it is used for other things. There isn't much room for a random $225 charge here, refund, $225 charge there, refund...likely to be a $125 charge coming.

But then again, this is dicketek. I was dumb enough to pay an extra 10 bucks for this part payment service. Serves me right for being poor.

1/5 arrived on Tuesday, still waiting for the other four...

I already have - Ticketek lady said they are being sent out individually so there may be a 'gap' between them being received...

It seems they cannot apply common sense at anytime under any conditions.

Still waiting for 5 - Spoke to the halfwits Ticketek yesterday......apparently they'd been sent to 5 seperate addresses like PO Box 76543, Rawiti. Obviously wrong and not the adresses I asked them to put on them.

Still 1/5. Now slightly concerned that the other four have gone astray. 

Start calling now - apparently they can stop the old ones and send out more...

Mine has not arrived still. Can't say I was expecting it too though.

Nor mine, starting get very frustrated about this.

Hmm still waiting. A week between receiving them seems a bit strange but then this is Ticketek we're talking about. 

I just rang Ticketek (again). Apparently tickets are still being sent out. I asked at what stage should I be concerned that I have not received all my season passes that I've ordered. The Ticketek representative said one week before the event lol.

1884 sold, i can't remember how many had been sold at this stage last season, hopefully the Iffil signing will shift a few more

This was posted on the 11th ofJuly sadly we dont seem to fared very well in increasing numbers since then.


As for the voucher and nothing else, sorry Tony but very poor effort not to give paying members something a bit better for showing loyalty.Would not be many clubs in any sport where you pay membership and you get nothing to show for it .Poor effort.

Ticketek's incompetence, although undoubtedly frustrating for everyone, is highly amusing.  How, I ask, are they still in business after years of inadequate 'service'? loyalgunner2009-08-11 14:53:28

I got mine today .  Don't give up hope!  Although now I've also got paper tickets coming.  Hope they don't cancel each other out.

The mailperson cometh .....  I dash out to the letterbox yet again ....... eureka!!!!   And they're for the correct seats as well!

When I recover from the elation, I think why on earth did they have to put me through so much pain and angst for so long for something so simple ......    

Sorry Tony it isnt just my view,i would be very surprised if most members wouldnt like a key ring/badge acknowledging membership of The Phoenix.$25 voucher that requires you to spend another $50 on top of intial membership payement may just be to much for some.I realise things are tight but given what has happened in previous seasons,this seasons thankyou for out laying on membership is way below par.

That is a bit disappointing that season pass holders from the beginning aren't given more.  Take those people away and what are you left with???

Now that I have recieved my replacement card that I didn't request but got anyway, I have noticed that it has come with another $25 voucher thing...

...what to do with this...
