Clearly not. Right now we are facing several interconnected problems, and we're not gonna be resolving them by the end of the season. The way I see it, the problems are, at the very least, fourfold:
1) Problem with tactical integration of our lines to get them to function cohesively on the field. The problems in the midfield are most obvious, but they are not helped with what's happening both in front of and behind them. This is partly a coaching, and partly a player problem.
2) Lack of technical ability to play the kind of game they're being asked to and lack of football intelligence to choose the correct options on the part of several of our players. This is just the reality we're faced with in the squad.
3) Serious loss of form from a number of traditionally well-performed player. This is just bad luck, although perhaps could have been anticipated given the respective ages of those players.
4) Meddling of the ownership into the football side of things, which seems to have exacerbated some of the on-field problems we have.
