From what I can see the directive that ricki has used is something like as follows:
1: Mark instead of hoofing the ball every time down to half way, give it to one of the defenders (but not siggy), 50 per cent of the time. 2: Leo, Tony and Andrew when you get the ball don't hoof it, but give it to Manny and Vinnie. Siggy you are however not trusted so give it a hoof. 3: Once it gets to Manny and Vinnie the total football dies a natural death with the occasional exception when they pass it to Stein on half way, who gives it back to them.
