Don't get me wrong, its absolutely hilarious (and worth sneering at) but its definitely not the main reason people don't like taking games out of Wellington.

The Nix represent a country-wide team whether Wellington-based fans like it or not, it's good to reserve a connection for any fans based outside Welly - most of whom are in Auckland. Don't see a problem with a game or two in Akl, no more than that though

That's really a matter of opinion rather than fact. I'd say Manchester United represent Manchester, that doesn't change because they have fans all over the world. People in Auckland are welcome to support us but the 'Wellington" in our name pretty clearly shows that that's not intended. I don't think we should have any home games outside of Wellington in an ideal world but I realise that sometimes it is necessary.

Comparing the Nix to Manu Utd. I know we're all a bit optomistic about this season, but stedy on there champ.

Way to miss the point (unless that was tongue in cheek, in which case carry on)
