Signing Sigmund might not be a goer. With Durante, McKain we now have two good central defenders. Plus they can't dump Dodd & Old as they still have a year on contract. They are still looking for a Right back so suddenly there are lots of options in defense. I can't see where Sigmund fits!!
Losing Felipe is a bit of a blow. Ideally we need another playmaker with flair in the mid field. It puts a lot of pressure on Daniel to create play and its too easy for defenses to shut one guy down. Bertos and Ferante are solid players but you sometimes need someone with that extra spark to unlock a defense in a tight game.
We needed to tightenup that defence though. With hopefully that sorted, the style of team play can back back to that early attacking style that "wowed" us at the start.
