Probably easier to play such a curtain raiser at Hutt rec rather than stadium. Also probably trying to make the most of Hutt rec.

The bicycle kick was awesome. That was one of my first live Phoenix game too. Can't remember if it was my first - I moved to Wellington at the end of October 2009 so I'm sure I must have gone to the November/December home games before that one but that goal is my earliest memory of going.

i was keen to bid on a place in the team on trade me but now over a thousand dollars so will have to give it a miss.
the answer i got was no they would not be auctioning these off after the game
