In time-tested tradition of all oppressive regimes like the Holy Inquisition or he EQC  ("we make the rules round here, and it's gonna hurt, but it's for your own good") the FFA have first screwed up and then, once exposed, and there is public clamour for change, they say ".... you and what army?"

In time-tested tradition of all oppressive regimes (The Inquisition, The EQC, The Voluntary Lobotomy Association, etc) they screw up first ("we make the rules round here, and it's gonna hurt, but it's for your own good") and then, once exposed for the power-hungry dangerous idiots they are and the public clamour for change grows, they say "you and what army?"
