That crowd last night won't help our metrics - I can just hear the FFA saying that the Nix can't pull decent crowds in Oz. I suppose at least it might make average home crowd figure look better relative to Brisbane's.
The FFA's decision to play that game in the afternoon instead of the evening was a classic BS call from them. They can't even use the argument they have for playing games in the heat of the day in Perth so it's a better time for broadcast on the East coast. And I don't know if it was the FFA's call or the Roar's but why did they play at that completely unsuitable Aussie rules ground instead of at the rectangular football ground where the NPL team plays and where NRL games have been held too?
