the way I imagine the tv rights going is nix negotiating with possible parties (Sky, lightbox, FTA - perhaps some of them combined as I mentioned above) then tabling each of those bids as part of their licence request for the FFA to choose which they prefer. Explains why Domey said "whoever the rights holder ends up being"
