My guess is that this is the sticking point. The length of each term and the criteria behind the extensions. The FFA are just trying to pressure WelNix the only way they know how, through poorly thought out and inflammatory leaks.

I'd say Welnix would feel satisfied with a 4 + guaranteed extension that kicks in as soon as reasonable criteria is met, what we don't want is to be in the situation that we are in right now in 4 years. 3 year extensions are too short imo.
