I can't think of anything worth announcing without the license sorted. If its a premier league team, well surely they wouldn't book a premier league team for the off season without a license? If its an ownership change, well they have changed owners within WelNix already without a "Major Announcement"

Although it might not be a major announcement, the club hasn't said that there is a major announcement, only Simon Hampton has - and he may have misunderstood his source.

Whatever it is if its not a player or a license it's going to be disapointing.
