I can't think of anything worth announcing without the license sorted. If its a premier league team, well surely they wouldn't book a premier league team for the off season without a license?
What if the announcement is that every other team exceeded the salary cap and with their points deductions for punishment we are now in first?
That would be an exciting announcent.
