that island bay cycle way is great and was also under budget and time so seems well managed. Apparently Karori is on the cards, can't wait.

it needs some tweaking but the design itself is great, cycled on the like in Europe. Once people open their minds a little that will realise this, they are just too afraid of change and there are too many nimbys in this country.
