tell me how I'm wrong then.
We've gone from 1) not being around next year or 2) having 4 years with no guarantee of anything after that. I'm almost certain they would have binned us.

Now we have at least 4 years and an automatic renewal based on metrics we agreed. Destiny in our own hands.

not just metrics agreed to but metrics that we said were our targets anyway.
