What depresses me is that all the good will and public interest the save the Nix campaign generated has evaporated so quickly. It really felt like no one in the club (players, coaches, management) harnessed that passion. This season should have been our chance to build on that but instead we are just dying slowly. Ernie handed in his resignation twice, the players almost all seem like they don't give a shark, Des and Greenie are in over their heads, and WelNix are nowhere to be seen. We're getting our lowest crowds ever and we're back to being a joke among the general public. That 4-2 win over Adelaide in front of 13.5k at the RoF seems like another lifetime...
