Well looking at InvestNix Holdings Ltd the only shareholder is Rob Morrison. While other one had Gareth Morgan and Rob so maybe it's them buying Gareth out since he is going for parliament.

It just has Gareth Morgan as no longer a director of the General Partner he is likely a Limited Partner but is simply not a director of the General Partner any longer. I'm actually surprised he was still a director seeing as he hasn't been visibly involved for a couple of years.
I still remember him coming into the zone and taking his shirt off. Plus the $1000 giveaway at a few games. I always liked Gareth and it's a shame his passion for the team seemed to die.
Do you think he's a person who has something that catches his interest and he focuses on that and then onto the next project?
