Doesn't have to be based in NZ, bet there's a few ex-pros in Aus who would suit

When you think about it is pretty bizarre, you hire a coaching staff to coach the team who have been in football their whole lives and then have the chairman of the board, Noah Hickey and Sean Gill sign players...none of whom have done anything (basically) in football before the Phoenix.
