A 'dawn ceremony' seems a bit out of place
The promise of something 'historic' but vague as to what that is.
Has the previous money making ventures been profitable?

Agree that it's tacky. Dawn Ceremony just makes you think of ANZAC day and unless this is some sort of charity tie-in with the RSA or something it seems an inappropriate use of the phrase.
