And their (Roar) relationship with their owners (Bakri Group) is toxic as per post a week ago in this forum, in comparison we are "above average" on that particular metric.   No matter how you look at it, it is arguably easier to fix problems on the park (Phoenix) than to get a disinterested owner to pay your wages on time (Roar).
